Visited here from Las Vegas and it was so delicious! Get there early because there WILL BE a line to get in, and once they are out of meat - they close the doors! It was very casual and easy to order and they were so helpful in helping me make difficult meat decisions. The BBQ sauce is heaven!!!

TRUTH BBQ is my favorite. If it's your first time I suggest arriving just before 11:00am for lunch. Plenty of free parking and the line to be served moves fast. I suggest a Combo plate of Meats and two sides. They also offer sandwiches as well as a feast for your group. Once inside you will see the pit room behind glass and you will watch the friendly staff cut the meats. The seating area is large with good size tables. They have a full bar, serve Coke products, fresh brewed Ice Tea as well as their own lemonades. Finish it off with a slice of cake or brownie. I promise you will be back!!!

Stopped here for a chopped brisket sandwich and almost went into a coma while shopping at heb afterwards. Definitely hit the spot and had me full the rest of the day! Great service! Clean and fresh atmosphere! Brisket was tender , soft , smokey and packed with flavor. 10/10 I must say this BBQ joint out of all the other spots in Houston , has the BEST Mac and Cheese ive ever spent money on. 10/10 And my god , if i had to choose a blissful way to die i would be happy to drown in yalls SWEET TEA. My favorite bbq spot in Houston!!!! This is where I bring all my friends from out of town to try the best bbq. Friendly staff always, food is always amazing and portions are large! Lots of seating inside and outside tables at well. So many meats and side options to choose from, do yourself a favor and get the Mac and cheese! They have a dessert counter as well different options we got the banana pudding and it was probably the best I've ever had! Everything here is incredible, 1000/10.

Best Brisket I've had in my life! corned Beef was awesome too! Well worth the wait in line.

My son and I decided to create our own "Taste of Houston Tour" for ourselves. We stopped at some recommended places and picked one item from each place to try. We hopped from one place to another and this was one of our stops. We arrived and there was a literally a line out the door. Let me tell you, it was worth the wait. We were planning on getting another item on the menu, but at the counter, they had some samples of brisket for us to try. Once we tried a little piece, we knew that that was what we wanted to get at this place. It did not disappoint. This was the most tender and delicious brisket I've ever had. At the table, there were three different sauces to try a mustard one, horseradish, I think one, and just standard barbecue sauce. All were delicious and complemented the brisket. Overall, had a really cool vibe with plenty of seating and very friendly staff. This moves to the top of our list for barbecue in the Houston area. We would highly recommend and assume that everything on the menu was just as good as what we tried. Everything looked fantastic!

Really enjoyed the pork ribs, collard greens and corn pudding. 5 stars to customer service, staff was super friendly, specially Jerry, who made some nice recommendations about the cakes. We will be coming back!

Visited with a local relative that hadn't been here for some time. First time and I thought why haven't I been here yet?! We arrived on a Wednesday around 12:45 and we got lucky as there was a short line. Order, pay and find a table. They were providing Brisket samples which was a nice touch. I could have just stood there and ate the samples all day-wow! We ordered one meat and two meat combo plates. Both had Brisket and one with the Spicy Peppercorn sausage. Brisket was amazing! Perfect smoke and tender. I usually get Jalapeño Cheddar sausage but decided to go with the Peppercorn. Good decision-just right spicy/salty-delicious! Sides were Corn Pudding, Tater Tot Casserole, Brussel Sprouts, and Mac & Cheese. All delicious with the Corn and Sprouts standing out. Service was quick (kept the line moving) and friendly. On Bon Appetit's Top 8 Houston BBQ spots as well a few other lists. Definitely lives up to the hype!

Enter through the front left door. Stand in line. Order. There's a lot of seating inside. Some outside. It has a nice modern rustic vibe. The food.....so good. I've never had pickles like that. All of the colors on my plate made me happy. Our kids loved it. It's definitely gluten friendly. Most likely free of most allergens. The staff were really nice. We will be back!

Solid 4...almost a 5 but there was a place we went to on our Texas trip that we liked better. Location/decor- in a bit of a run-down area; parking lot was big enough early on a weekday but I could see this being a problem on a weekend; the interior design is awesome and comfortable...everything looks cool and there is plenty of space Staff- ok...nothing special Food- brisket was really good, pulled pork was ok, and the mac n cheese and brussell sprouts were solid choices *prices a bit high
